Return & Refund Policy for BlingBloom

At BlingBloom, we aim to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 2-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery. Please note that the return window will close automatically after 2 days from receipt.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, contact us via email at support@blingbloom.com within 2 working days of receiving your order.
  • Please include your Order ID and a clear reason for the return.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: A mandatory unboxing video is required for us to process the return.

Refund Process:

  • No cash refunds will be provided.
  • Returns are eligible for store credits only, which will be issued as a gift card with unlimited validity.

Return Shipping Charges:

  • The customer will bear the reverse shipping fee of INR 70 per order.
  • Store credit will be issued after deducting the reverse shipping fee from the price of the returned item, once received by us.

Important Information:

  1. Damaged or Missing Products:

    • If you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
    • Provide an unboxing video showing the damage or missing item clearly.
    • Only the damaged item will be accepted for return if multiple items are ordered.
    • Upon receiving the damaged item, you will be issued a store credit within 7 days.
  2. Return for Dislike of Product:

    • If you simply dislike the product, you may request a return within 2 days.
    • Return shipping of INR 70 will be deducted from your store credit.
    • The product must be in unused and new condition to qualify for return.
    • Used products will not be accepted for return, and no store credit will be issued.
  3. Reverse Pick-Up:

    • Once a return is initiated, ensure availability for the reverse pick-up.
    • If the delivery partner is unable to reach you or you miss the scheduled pick-up, the return process will be cancelled and must be restarted, which may delay the process.
  4. Order-Level Returns:

    • Returns will be processed at the order level. We do not accept returns on individual items from an order. No exchanges are allowed.
  5. Combo/Gift Box Items:

    • Items purchased as part of a combo or gift box cannot be returned or exchanged separately.
  6. Promotional Products:

    • Items bought during promotions, contests, clearance sales, or limited-time offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Order cancellations are not accepted due to operational challenges.
  • We encourage customers to make well-informed decisions before placing their orders.
